Co-Founder – Brian Ye Htut Loo, PharmD, MBA, BSN, RN
As the founder and CEO of Grand View Assisted Living, I bring over a decade of healthcare experience and a deep passion for serving seniors with dignity, compassion, and respect. I am a licensed pharmacist with a Master’s in Business Administration, and I’ve made it my mission to ensure that every resident receives the highest level of care—physically, emotionally, and cognitively.
With a strong foundation in pharmacy, I understand the critical importance of safe, effective medication use—especially for seniors facing memory challenges. As part of our commitment to holistic and personalized care, I proudly offer free medication reconciliation, full-scope medication consultations, and ongoing education to all our residents and their families.
At Grand View, we don’t just care for our residents—we truly care about them. Every decision we make is rooted in compassion and a commitment to creating a home where your loved ones feel safe, seen, and supported.
To further enhance the care I provide, I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Nursing to become a licensed nurse practitioner. My goal is to expand my ability to serve as a direct provider, offering an even deeper level of clinical support for our community.

Grand View Assisted Living is an opportunity to serve my community and expand my passions in more ways than I thought I could. Growing up as child of immigrants with a huge admiration for healthcare, serving seniors with the respect and compassion I would for my own family members came naturally.
I studied Biology, Psychology, and Asian American Studies at UC Davis prior to moving back home to Southern California for my nursing degree. I have grown into my roles on the acute in-patient Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and Psychiatric Mental Health units and hope to utilize this experience to support the diverse needs of those under our care in these homes
I am currently pursuing my Master in Nursing to become a provider. that can continue supporting patients by bridging the gaps in care. With my passions in primary care, acute care, and mental health, I hope to improve the quality of life for my patients and decrease the stigmas of mental health disorders, especially among Asian, Asian American, immigrant, and LGBTQIA+ communities.
I take significant pride in my education but especially in my work directly with people. I thank those everyday for the trust patients and their families have in me to continue providing quality and compassionate care rooted in evidence-based practices.
At Grand View Living, we are dedicated to providing a warm, secure, and enriching environment for seniors, especially those living with memory challenges.
We specialize in memory care with a focus on dignity, comfort, and personalized attention.
